12 ac. in the Popular Tangerine area, close to Mt Dora, wonderful trees and topography. This project was especially challenging. As a developer we established a special bond with the outspoken community organizers. Our willingness to work with community planners made us a welcomed business partner in the community. We completed 3 large projects in
26.4 ac in a waterfront community on the Harris Chain of Lakes. This became one of our most challenging projects when a bald eagle decided to land in the middle of our property just prior to construction. After countless hours with our environmental consultants and our engineers we managed to create an eco-friendly community with
40 ac. Lakefront parcel with canal access to the Harris Chain of Lakes in Lake County, FL. After a long debate with the City and neighbors we entered into a mutually beneficial compromise that combined both large rural lots and smaller lots by utilizing ground contour and geographic separation.
Located on the popular Sunnyside Drive, one of Central Florida’s most sought after areas. 14 – five to fourteen ac lots. This was a unique project fraught with wildlife and wetland barriers. After a long and involved process we turned this project into a beautiful and profitable project!
