40 ac.  Lakefront parcel with canal access to the Harris Chain of Lakes in Lake County, FL.  After a long debate with the City and neighbors we entered into a mutually beneficial compromise that combined both large rural lots and smaller lots by utilizing ground contour and geographic separation.

Estates at Sunnyside

Located on the popular Sunnyside Drive, one of Central Florida’s most sought after areas.  14 – five to fourteen ac lots.  This was a unique project fraught with wildlife and wetland barriers. After a long and involved process we turned this project into a beautiful and profitable project!

Colinas Ranch Estates

A subdivision in Lake County for 20 five ac equestrian estate lots.  The beautiful rolling hills and tranquil setting was taken into account during the design and engineering of this project.
